Supreme Court letter to hear cases on Obama status as "natural born citizen"

Here is the letter that I sent to each of our Supreme Court Justices:

Dear Chief Justice John Roberts,

We, the people of the United States, deserve for our Supreme Court Justices to hear the cases brought to you regarding the “natural born” status of Barrack Obama. Please stop ignoring us. We will not stand for it. We are uniting and joining together to spread the word and awaken our brothers and sisters to the injustice being done to us by you, our public servants. You are trampling on our sacred constitution. You know of your oath and responsibility. It is incumbent upon you to do the right thing. Uphold the law!

Please write back to me with your intentions to either hear the cases or continue to ignore us. If I don't hear back within a reasonable amount of time, I will assume the later as your response and publicize that to my fellow citizens in my local community and around the nation; that we may continue to bring about the change necessary to restore our government to it's proper role, as outlined and intended by our founding fathers. We will not relent!

Oh Hannity! Great Show! Lose the dweebs!

Yesterday, I learned of Sean Hannity's new television show "Hannity" while listening to the podcast of Mark Levin's show from Monday night. So, I missed the first show on Monday, but caught it last night. I always thought that "Hannity & Colmbs" would be a much better show and far more tolerable without Alan; and, my wish has come true. Someone at Fox News is quite sensible. 

So, it was quite refreshing to see Sean in his new format. However, he brought on three dweebs. I'm not sure who they all were. One was the author of "Fleeced" I believe; can't remember his name. Anyway, I've never cared for him much. He isn't a true conservative; seems more like a McCain moderate/centrist type; actually, more of a political strategist. Then, there were two women; one was a leader in the Republican party arena in some fashion out in California; supposedly another conservative; blonde. I'm not sure who the third guest was; brunette.

It was sickening to hear them regurgitate the liberal propeganda that "only the government can save us from this economic crisis"; " the worst since the great depression"; "the only entity big enough to solve the problem is the government". I was in complete dismay! From the lips of so called republicans. These are RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) or Repubics, as Mark "The Great One" would say.

No! No! No!

It is not RIGHT to do the WRONG thing for the so called RIGHT reason.

Their first error is that they accepted the false premise from the strategizing socialists now coming into power. 

Are we really in a great crisis that is the worst since the great depression? If we are, what conrtibuted to it? Could it be the failure of the Democratic lead congress during the past few years, compacted with propaganda during the election as a stratgey for an October surprise? What are their motives now? What are their intentions? Why do they seem to thrive with the prospect of this great economic tragedy? Why do they seem to relish it? 

The left must be giddy that these television "conservatives" have swallowed it and amplified their deception across the airwaves into countless homes, influencing numerous citizens across the nation; validating it with people that might otherwise remain skeptical.

I keep thinking how Obama must be saying "Man, I can't believe this is working!"; "I can't believe this worked!"; "Solinsky was right on". As he duped more and more as his victories mounted through the election and now up to innauguration, he, and his solinskyite peers have gained more and more confidence and arrogance. They must surely feel as if nothing can stop them. They have successfully carried out Solinky's teachings. It really worked!

Their second error is to believe and preach that it is within the government's enumerated powers to fix the "problem". It is not; and it is not proper. Government's sole role is to protect the people's individual inalienable rights to life, liberty, property, and happiness from other entities. What entity is it that is threatening our natural rights? It seems quite apparent that the offender is the government itself; for if it had not been for it's interference in the free market in the first place, we would not be in this apparent predicament. So, are we to allow this abuser to abuse us and our posterity furthermore? Absurdity?

I forsee that the longer this usurpation of powers by the government and submission by the people continues, that the more people will die in the future to once again establish a free society.

We must remember that government by it's very nature is evil and is necessary because morale virtue is not sustainable as the sole reliant upon which the rights of individuals rest.

We the people must make a conscience decision that we are willing to pay the price, to make the sacrifices required to slash government as soon and as much as we can. This is the only way that we can tame the beast and contain the evil and potential for damages.

Hannity! Please get some true Americans on the show!

Although I disagree on their views on government and it's role with society, it's nice to see them being honest once and awhile. While her opinion on the war Ayers was opposing is wrong, she is right on her opinion that Ayers behaved badly. It's interesting to see her view as to how he ruined the anti-war movement. I'd be interested to learn what her opinion is regarding justification to conduct a war. In my opinion, the great injustice with the Vietnam war is that we didn't properly finish it. We were in it half ass and pulled out without finishing, leaving the people there vulnerable victims to the Viet Cong. It was supposed to be a noble effort to thwart the spread of communism and tyranny, but ended up being a waste of so many human lives. Had we finished it, the effort would have been justified; as well as the lives sacrificed, not wasted.

Ah, validation. Here it is on the front page of the newspaper for all to see; what I've been saying. This news is no shocker to me. What's the big deal? Obama had ties to socialists, communists, and terrorists. It didn't seem to phase anybody; he got elected. That's what people want. It only makes sense that he surround himself with others of the same ilk.

Marxism is opposed to Americanism; they're opposites. So this is the way the nation continues to swing; towards Marxism; it's principles, beliefs, and doctrine; away from Americanism; it's principles, beliefs, and doctrine.

Which one will it be?

Marxism has been tried and tried; always a self destruction.

Americanism has been tried. But instead of allowing the great freedom experiment to continue; for people to continue to invent, prosper, create, and thrive, the people have turned to Marxism once again.

Why?

Is Socialism, Feudalism, Communism better? How? In what ways? 

Were our founding fathers right, or was Karl Marx, Lenin, Mao, and Hitler right?

I don't see it. I don't understand.

My only explanation is that the great deceiver himself; Satan is at the head of this. This makes sense. For those of us who believe in God; in the forces of good and evil, the struggle has ensewed since before the world was. Our world's history is repleat with the struggle between good and evil.

What is government's proper role in this struggle? Is it on the side of evil, or is it on the side of good?

The answers to these questions are provided to us by the founders of the United States of America. They formulated Americanism; described in our founding documents. I believe that they were divinely inspired. They believed that government was a necessary evil, but that it must exist to instill law and order for the sole purpose of protecting man's inalienable rights to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness. They truly believed that all men are created equal, and endowed with these natural rights; that relying on moral virtue alone would fail to protect each individual's rights from being violated by each other. So, government is necessary. They developed the most perfect form of government that had ever been. Not perfect, as there could never be among men. But the most perfect. It's as good as it gets. 

Now, what have we done with it?

What has become of it?

We turned our back on it long ago, and Satan continues to deceive, oppress, and make afraid.

Is it too late? 

Should we throw in the towel.

No! We must embrace that divine gift before it's lost to us forever and unite to uphold and strengthen it once again, to pass it onto our posterity!

Update: Maryland Transparency Website Announced by Governor

The other day I posted that the new transparency website for Maryland signed into law to be up by Jan 1 2009 had not come to pass and relayed a reposne that I had gotten from an inquiry I had made. As promised in the response, that the Governor would announce on Jan 8th, the new website; he has.

I'm very happy to inform you that I just got word from Senator Landrieu's office that Senator Mikulski has heard our pleas to sign the letter being sent to the Prime Minister of Vietnam regarding improving our countries future adoption relations.

I have sent Senator Mikulski a "Thank You" letter, and sent a letter to Senator Cardin and Representative Hoyer notifying them that Senator Mikulski has signed with the above statement and also saying:

"If you have already signed the letter as well, then I also submit my sincerest gratitude to you as well.

If not, then please make that a priority before you go home today.

Harry Reid unlawful on Burris - Bad Harry!

The descpicable Senator Harry Reid from Nevada, majority leader of the Senate has acted unlawfully in his role and outside of his enumerated powers. By blocking the seating of the newly appointed Burris from Illinois, he has gone against the rule of law as set forth by the U.S. Supreme Court's "Powell v McCormack decision, which held that the Congress is limited in its ability to challenge the qualifications of its members to grounds explicitly outlined by the Constitution." (1)

Harry Reid's justification, via his spokesman, was "[W]e are not making a judgment about qualifications of appointee, but about whether appointment itself is tainted by fraud, which we believe we are entitled to do under Art. 1 s. 5."

In POWELL V. MCCORMACK, 395 U.S. 486 (1969):

"In short, both the intention of the Framers, to the extent it can be determined, and an examination of the basic principles of our democratic system persuade us that the Constitution does not vest in the Congress a discretionary power to deny membership by a majority vote.

For these reasons, we have concluded that Art. I, 5, is at most a "textually demonstrable commitment" to Congress to judge only the qualifications expressly set forth in the Constitution. Therefore, the "textual commitment" formulation of the political question doctrine does not bar federal courts from adjudicating petitioners' claims."

"Further, analysis of the "textual commitment" under Art. I, 5 (see Part VI, B (1)), has demonstrated that in judging the qualifications of its members Congress is limited to the standing qualifications prescribed in the Constitution. Respondents concede that Powell met these. Thus, there is no need to remand this case to determine whether he was entitled to be seated in the 90th Congress. Therefore, we hold that, since Adam Clayton Powell, Jr., was duly elected by the voters of the 18th Congressional District of New York and was not ineligible to serve under any provision of the Constitution, the House was without power to exclude him from its membership."

In the Burris case, he was not elected, but appointed by the executive of Illinois, which the Constitution states is legitimate when a seat has been vacated. Reid states that it's not Burris' qualifications in question, but the manner in which he was appointed, that it was potentially fraudulent. Really? How? How can the Governor saying "I appoint him" pointing to Burris, be fraudulent? It's clear and straightforward. There is no question that he appointed anyone else or that Blagovich is not the executive, as he has not been impeached.

Here's today's submission via their respective web site "contact us" forms:

I am saddened and disappointed to learn that you have once again failed to fulfill your duty to your constituents; this time by simply neglecting to take just a few moments out of your day to sign a letter in Senator Mary Landrieu's office.

I sent the following letter to my senators and representative just now:

Today is the deadline to sign the letter to the Prime Minister of Vietnam regarding re-opening
international adoption relations and arrangements between our two countries. This letter will
encourage Vietnam’s continued participation in negotiations related to the new bilateral agreement
on intercountry adoption. The letter will express Congressional support for the continuation of
intercountry adoption and will emphasize the importance of the transition to a Hague-compliant
system and a new bilateral treaty.
We just checked with Sen. Landrieu's office and learned that you have not yet taken the time to sign
the letter. We, and many families affected by the recent closure of Vietnam to adoptions, have been
significantly affected both emotionally and financially. Children in the process of coming home to

By What Authority? - Fed approved money for GMAC

We got our daughters a Wii for Christmas, and I was exploring the features after connecting it to the wireless router and was browsing the news and came across the article "Fed lets GMAC tap bailout fund" by MARTIN CRUTSINGER Associated Press Dec. 24, 2008, 8:50PM. (read)

The Fed announced Wednesday that it had approved GMAC Financial Services’ request to become a bank holding company. That designation makes GMAC eligible to receive a portion of the bailout fund and get emergency loans directly from the Fed.

What?!

How can a private corporation have that kind of power?

Is this how we want our money handled? Our elected officials in the Executive and Legislative branches have allocated $700B of the sovereign's, the people's, our, future property to be distributed by the will of a private corporation, The Federal Reserve, to another corporation.

The company is 51 percent owned by Cerberus Capital Management, the investment fund that also owns Chrysler. GM owns the remaining 49 percent of the company.

Under the Fed’s order, Cerberus and GM, whose businesses are mainly outside banking, would both have to significantly reduce their ownership stakes in GMAC. GM has committed to reducing its ownership in GMAC to less than 10 percent. Cerberus was ordered to reduce its stake to 33 percent of total equity in the company.

Under the Fed's ORDER! Who's running our country? Who's giving orders? Is this capitalism? Is this a free market economy? Is this what Thomas Jefferson and John Adam's envisioned? Who's giving order's to the Fed? Or, can the Fed do whatever it pleases? Is this a violation of our constitution? I don't think so? Not one corporation manipulating another corporation. And for what?

GM's ownership is being reduced from 49% to 9% and Cerberus's ownership is being reduced from 51% to 33%. Together they previously owned 100% of GMAC; that is being reduced to a combined ownership of 42%. Who will own the remaining, controlling 58%? The Fed? The government? The people?

Why?

Why not sell GMAC outright and be done with it. It's a failing company! Who would want it? I don't! So why is my property being used for some bad corporate investment? What's in it for me? And, what about the government that gave the Fed my property to waste and abuse? Now that must be unconstitutional; if not it should be! We should take away from our government the power to give the people's taxed property over to a corporation!

I just read through our constitution and I could not find in section 8 of article 1, where congress has any power to use taxes to buy corporations, nor give them any money from the treasury, nor transfer any such power to a corporation.

Why not let GMAC exercise the bankruptcy laws that Congress constitutionally established according to section 8 of article 1?

It seems to me that the Fed is obstructing the course designed by congress to be taken to rectify this type of corporate business failure and promote the general welfare.

Now, who is going to stop the Fed? Is that the job of our government?

Who is going to hold our government accountable for the constitutional violation of assuming powers that it does not have; that we have not granted it.

We must hold accountable those fellow countrymen that we have elected to serve us under oath to honor and uphold our national constitutional laws.

They have usurped their enumerated powers. This is but one case.

Is our liberty, property, and ability to pursue happiness being protected or infringed upon here?

It's one or the other and I say that our natural rights that we established our government to protect and uphold are being infringed upon.

Never Again ... will I buy an American made automobile

How can I in good conscience support organizations that have held out their hands and begged our government for an allocation of our, the peoples money. Our government has no right to distribute our money to failing corporations. Hello! Ford, Chrysler, and GM have made known that they believe in a socialist government that is contrary to our foundation. They have betrayed us! I can not support this in any way. So, I will not. I encourage you to follow suit.

Furthermore, to think that our public servants in the government assume authority to do such things beyond their power is an usurpation of power; along the lines of the usurpations and abuses that were listed against the King of England in our Declaration of Independence. Is it time to build a similar type list against our current government and once again declare our independence? Think about it; seriously.

Time cover makes great dart target

I got the new issue of Time today and immediately put it to use. I couldn't think of a better target for my dart board. In fact, I suddenly had the urge to play darts for the first time in a long time.

Man of the year my ass! How about deceiver of the year! I will never spend any money on Time. This is my second issue of part of a Christmas gift from my Mother-in-law. She always gives thoughtful gifts, and I'm enjoying this one more than most. I can't wait to see what the second half is.

Seriously, couldn't Time have chosen a man who is a champion for life, who defends the most innocent of us all, the newborn and the unborn. No, they pick someone who is a proponent of infanticide and opposed to helping the most helpless in our society. This is simply pure evil and completely contrary to our Declaration of Independence that states that we believe in the natural human rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. If we can't defend the most basic right to life that is stated in our most sacred of national documents, that is the cornerstone of our foundation, than where is our identity? We have broken our very foundation!

What kind of magazine has the balls to place such an absurdity on the front page and expect to stay in business? It's like saying "Hello, we are idiots and have no backbone nor laurels!".

CNN drones slobber over my cheesburger in paradise

Tonight my family and I dined at Cheeseburger in Paradise. Across the room over the bar there was a TV set playing CNN. I couldn't hear it, thank goodness, but I glanced from time to time throughout our meal at the words displayed. Even that was too much. I mean, I can barely handle Fox News. This CNN was laden with drone liberals. Even the commercials were pessimistic propaganda.

You'd think that the election hadn't occurred yet.

Something about Oprah Winfrey and Sarah Palin.

Some debate over the choices Obama is making with cabinet selections.

Caroline Kennedy taking Hillary Clinton's Senator position.

Hillary Clinton meeting with Condolezza Rice for transfer of power.

Condoleezza Rice was being interviewed. She said how she admired Barrack Obama. I mean, c'mon, what's there to admire? I was feeling putrid and nauseous. I mean Bush's Secretary of State slobbering over this demagogue illegitimate felon; soon to be president elect who looks like an evil Curious George all grown up. Maybe if we helped him find the man in the yellow hat he would go home and leave us alone. I don't know if I can take it.

Across the bottom of the screen as Condoleezza is speaking is the title "Nation is no longer 'Color Blind'". I don't know what they meant, because since he was elected as an alleged colored man, that would mean that the nation does not see color. (I'm presuming they were referring to race here, as that is what the Obama campaign and it's drones kept bringing up) However, the title seems to imply the opposite; that the nation now sees color. So is the point actually that because of the election and the way the Obama Campaign played the race card, bating the other side to use it, setting up straw men that never came to be; that now the country is more divided on race and racial issues than before. Or, are they saying that perhaps there are some that still harbor such racist sentiments that they refuse to see and acknowledge the fact that their next president is actually at least partially black? I dunno. I read it a few times and even asked my wife; she just shook her head at me like I'm a loon, and asked me to not talk politics. Anyway, it would have made more sense to me if while Condoleezza Rice spoke about how she admired Obama that the subtitle below her would say that the country is no longer racist; that we are now color blind.

A commercial had big flashy words "Planet in Peril" and looked like it was pushing the global warming propaganda.

The big three auto makers begging for a bailout from the federal government.

Then the despicable Harry Reid.

There was alot about how Barrack's 21st century "new deal" will create alot of jobs.

Who's paying for this?

Where is the money coming from?

Since when is it the government's role to create jobs?

Our elected officials have sworn to uphold our constitution and defend our liberties. There was not one report of a congressman fighting to block a bailout; to protect our liberty from being violated by the illegitimate redistribution of wealth taken from us.

Is anything else happening in the world?

There was the terrible news about a fighter jet crashing into a residence in San Diego, killing two.

One question still unanswered from the past election is whether or not Barrack Obama is a natural born citizen. The real question that needs to be answered is what process is followed to verify the qualification of presidential candidates before their names are placed on the ballot. According to the Electoral College website of the National Archives and Records Administration, it is the responsibility of each state's Secretary of State.

Maryland's Secretary of State is the honorable John McDonough. So, I sent him the following question to his email address: JMcDonough@sos.state.md.us.

Thoughts on California Proposition 8

Here in Maryland, we didn't hear much about the proposition that was on the ballot in the recent election out in Califronia. However, it has been brought to light since the election with the protests by the gays in California.

Here are my brief thoughts on the issue:

I consider myself a libertarian, and it seems to me that the proposition in California was simply about redefining the legal definition of marriage to mean "between a man and a woman". This is how it had been until the California Supreme Court justices abused their power and authority from interpreting law to changing law. The people spoke back and have now corrected the mistake of the judges.

The gay community seems to be completely confused about the whole thing. They seem to have made the issue about hate and equality. This is very sad. I bet most of the gay community have not even taken the time to carefully read the proposition and taken the time and effort to understand the events that led up to the proposition. Why don't they just make up a new word like "garriage" or something for gay marriage and ask for a law to be passed that give them the same rights that heterosexual couples have with marriage.

Oregon Senator Gordon Smith deserved to lose

Obama won double-digit victories in both states, and Coleman and Smith are both milquetoast pols who did much less than McCain ever did to distance themselves from the President until his low approval ratings began to threaten their re-elections. Smith was so desperate to distance himself from the GOP that he ran ads touting his cooperation with Obama.

To me this shows lack of conviction to your principles. As a conservative, not only would I find it hard to support him, I would oppose him. We need solid conservative political leaders in public service who stand by their laurels. He has proven not to be what we need. So, good riddance.

I'm reminded; when I was home visiting family in Oregon this past August, I saw a TV advertisement and was not impressed with Gordon Smith. I forgot what the substance or message of the ad. was, but I remember thinking that it wasn't somebody that I would support or vote for. This was before I even knew that he was a Republican. In fact, I believe that I assumed he was a democrat from what I heard and saw in the ad. It later surprised me to learn that he was a Republican; I exclaimed "must be a RHINO". You can imagine my further surprise when I learned even later that he was a member of my faith. But that shouldn't surprise me too much, as there are members of both political parties throughout The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In fact, you might want to sit down, because I can still hardly believe this is true, but it's been told to me and confirmed by several members of the church that Harry Reid himself is a member of the church. Now that is .... well, I have not the words to describe what I think about that, or him...

Hey, what about the "natural born citizen" constitutional requirement?

I still don't know if Obama is a natural born citizen or not. At first I was skeptical when I first heard the argument a few months ago. But, as of yet, we the American people, have not been shown proof that Obama is a natural born citizen. Until we do, we must assume that he is an illegitimate president.

Furthermore, he has committed a felony (see my post from 2008-09-17) and should be brought to trial. It is our duty to pursue this. I have yet to hear back from my congressmen that I wrote. I will follow up and report. I urge you to do the same.

Race and Communism - Objective Accomplished - Ready the Counter Revolution

What have we been witnessing? Eerie, isn't it? We are witnessing the unfolding of what was described in the above quote. From Ayres to Obama. They are now in striking position. This is what they have been working, conspiring, and fighting for.

My stomach churned as I was sickened by the picture of the masses thronged together awaiting Obama's victory speech; just a short while ago. I could barely stand to watch. (In fact I didn't) Children on parent's shoulders, clinging to the American flag; our great symbol of liberty and freedom; that symbol so despised by Obama, Ayres, and the Left. The poor fools have themselves ushered in the next chapter in the Fascist/Communist revolution in America. An international socialist regime is on the horizon.

We must band together and rise up against the Left. The election may be over, but our loss at hand means that we have all the more work cut out for us. There is no time to waste. We have another election in two short years. Lets start campaigning to take over as many seats in congress as possible, and as much local and state positions of political power. We may be able to yet prevent a horrible civil war and perhaps even the holocaust referred to by the communists.

Hopefully, the masses that have been against us will be awakened and see the light, the poor fools. They have placed a fascist anti-Christ in the White House. May God help us!

Perhaps I'm over reacting. Perhaps I am becoming more and more of a right wing fanatic. Could it be that listening to Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin, and Sean Hannity, along with reading the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and listening to the teachings of modern day prophets in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, along with main stream Christian leaders, have clouded my reasoning and thought process? I don't think those sources of truth would betray me. No, I think that I am right. Perhaps it is a calling. I feel called. So, therefore I answer the call. I only hope that my wife will come around and be supportive of me. After all, it is for her benefit along with my children, and our posterity that we sacrifice and fight. For what else is there?

I think Captain Moroni, in the Book of Mormon, said it best when he "rent his coat; and he took a piece thereof, and wrote upon it—In memory of our God, our religion, and freedom, and our peace, our wives, and our children—and he fastened it upon the end of a pole. And he fastened on his head-plate, and his breastplate, and his shields, and girded on his armor about his loins; and he took the pole, which had on the end thereof his rent coat, (and he called it the title of liberty) and he bowed himself to the earth, and he prayed mightily unto his God for the blessings of liberty to rest upon his brethren, so long as there should a band of Christians remain to possess the land—" (The Book of Mormon, Alma 46:12-13)

May we be ever vigilant and never found complacent or negligent of our duties. Please awake, arise, and join with me, and all other American conservatives who believe in the Judaeo-Christian principles that our country was founded on. Let us hold our title of liberty, our constitution, high above our head and close to our hearts. Let us hold those accountable who have sworn to uphold it and have broken their oath. Let us seek out and support righteous leaders to serve in public office, and rise to the occasion when none other is found. Let us take back our country, in memory of our God, religion, freedom, peace, & families.

Obama threatens to bankrupt coal industry

If only the election were delayed for a few more weeks or months; imageine how much we could still learn about Obama. I'm so amazed that there is so much dirt that continues to surface. You'd think by now that the media would have discovered and revealed all of this. However, most of the critical information seems to be coming from blogs, radio, and foreign sources. What has happened to our domestic news agencies?

Anyway, most of the dirt of late has been from Obama himself; words out of his own mouth; hard to refute or repudiate. If only the media would do their job. I'm so glad that I didn't just graduate with a degree in journalism. The "professionals" have completely discredited their profession; they themselves rely on basement bloggers; might as well buy yourself a new laptop, kick your feet up, and start blogging.

So, now Barrack says we're selfish, and that we wouldn't share our toys or food with classmates in kindergarten like he did because we believe in individual rights and the free market economic system; because we believe that man ought to be able and be allowed to be charitable without compulsion by a government.
