Your Property Supports Abortion - Stop FOCA
I am sickened to know that Obama has lifted the ban that Reagan, George H. W. Bush, and George W. Bush had in place keeping our federal tax money from funding abortions in foreign countries. As well I am disgusted that Obama's pork ("stimulus") bill now making it's way through the senate, has millions of money going to Planned Parenthood which is one of the biggest proponents of abortion.
Can you believe that some of the money that you earn is paying for abortions in our country and other countries?
A related impending tragedy is about to unfold if we don't stop it. Obama promised to signed the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) that would mandate that all hospitals perform abortions. The Catholic church is vehemently opposed to abortion, as I'm sure you are well aware. You may not be aware that the Catholic church runs many hospitals in this nation. They have said that should FOCA become law that they would have no other choice than to shut down all of their hospitals.
I ask you to share this information with as many "pro-life" freedom loving people as you can and ask them to take action by contacting their representatives and senators; to ask them to oppose and resist FOCA.

Obama's got it backwards
The federal government is bound by the U.S. Constitution which enumerates it's powers and everything else falls through to the states or the people. However, the intention of the constitution is to protect infringement of our natural inalienable rights as individuals.
To allow the states to impose limitless oppressive restrictions and taxation is a negligent act, thereby rendering it a failure to perform it's intended purpose in this specificity. However, that being said, I am not vehemently opposed to this act of Obama's, as it would allow different experiments by each state whereby the other states could learn what is proper in this application and in others similar.
The right result should also foster the natural laws of the free market to work, thereby producing the best results. My fear is that this will not ultimately happen, and that the true intention of the government is not what is in the best interest of the individuals.
He says that he will not deny facts on global warming, er I guess it's now "climate change". But, that is precisely what he is doing. The scientific facts show that an increase in CO2 follows warming, not that an increase in CO2 causes warming. So, what's causing the warming? How about the sun in the natural pattern of global climate change that has taken place throught history.

Right to Life - Abortion is Illegal
Is it when the sperm first invades the egg forming a new organism? Is it when the infant exits the womb after a full gestation period; when it takes it's first breath of air into it's lungs?
If one believes in souls or in the spirits of humans then the natural answer as to when life begins most logically would be when the spirit enters the body? Well, when is that? Since not all humans agree on this issue and it is a religious matter, I will not delve into this at this point. Rather, only consider the human life as a mammal; the living, breathing, heart beating, brain functioning, independent organism; for the sake of this article.
Most will not dispute the argument that a baby outside of the womb separated from it's mother, is a living human individual.
"most babies born after about 26 weeks gestation do survive to one year " 3
So we can safely say that at least at 6.5 months, it's a life.
"earlier preterm newborns with higher weights have survived, including some born at 22 weeks of pregnancy." 4
Wow, it looks like 5.5 months, it's safe to say, constitutes a life. It appears that more than one child removed from the womb at 5.5 months has survived.
"Doctors say Amillia is among the few babies known to have survived after a gestation of fewer than 22 weeks. She was just 9½ inches long and weighed less than 10 ounces when she was delivered by Caesarean section." 5
"Fassbach cautioned against rushing to redefine the medical standards for fetus viability."
“We just don’t know which 21- to 22-weekers are going to do well and which are not going to do well,” he said. “I don’t think we should change what we do,
but it shows us we need to do more research and find out where our edge of viability is going to go.” 5
Well, perhaps 21 weeks is the mark where life begins; that's 5 months and 1 week.
I would like to argue that at the moment of conception, that the newly formed organism, in it's natural state, has begun development into an indivdual human being.
This new human, whether removed from the womb at gestation periods of 21 weeks or a full 38 weeks, requires assistance to survive. The human organism from conception to 21 weeks, while it can't survive outside the womb, has no less capability to survive on it's own. Actually, it requires much less conscious assistance from another human being to survive; only the host mother's natural care of herself, extends to it's nourishment and growth.
Refusing to provide the required nourishment and support to a fetus at 6 weeks of gestation is no less a crime than refusing to provide the nourishment and care required of a 1 year old, 2 year old, or 4 year old child to survive. It follows that the deliberate act of aborting the life of a fetus at 6 weeks is no less a crime than the deliberate act of aborting the life of a 1 year old, 2 year old, or 12 year old child. It's murder in all cases.
The human life, as an individual, has the right to life at all ages and at all stages of development and growth.
Our constitutional republican government was instilled to protect the natural rights of all individuals from any and all infringement from any and all other individuals. We, as individuals, are responsible to respect the right to life of all other individuals and thereby are required to refraine from doing anything that would cause detrement to anothers life and also to not neglect to provide what is required of any and all individual's ability to continue to live.
The abortion of one's life by another is murder.
Murder is illegal.
Abortion is illegal.
According to the Fourteenth Ammendment to the Constitution:
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." 6
Abortion deprives a person of life.
Abortion is unconstitutional.

I marched in the March For Life event yesterday!
It was a great experience.
However, today he slapped us all in the face and violated our constitution. He reversed the ban on our federal taxes going to support abortions in foreign countries. Someone please tell me how this is not a violation of the constitution!!

I don't know who those cute young ladies are, but there were a bunch coming over to get their pictures with this Obama. I'm sure these girls find this Life Loving Obama much more attractive than the real baby killing Obama.

This is very important!
It has a very simple solution, yet it has an absolute earth shaking consequence if left alone. Immediate attention and resolution is absolutely imperative. Every day that passes without remedy, compounds the potential ramifications; including the great loss of human life, as a new revolution will be most assuredly inevitable. Yet, let me suggest to you, a peaceful resolution is still possible.
Flags across the country are beginning to fly in the manner of distress: upside down. A new continental congress of the people is forming to convene sometime in Philadelphia later this year. Patriots everywhere are improving their stock of arms and munitions. The people are awakening! The people are becoming aware!
We want freedom!
We want liberty!
We want you to do your job of protecting our God given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
You swore an oath! We call on you to uphold it!
I know that our great constitution has been trampled upon numerous times over the years. We cannot undo the many wrongs done to us which are in violation of our constitution. However, we can start upholding our constitution from this point forward. Else, why have a constitution at all.
You have the opportunity of rising above the rest and truly becoming a great leader; a hero for the people. One we desperately need.
I won't repeat the specifics of how Barrack Obama fails to meet the requirements outlined in the United States Constitution, for I'm sure you are well aware. He fails in numerous ways.
Don't think that this problem will somehow go away over time. As I said, it will only fester and grow.
Here's the simple solution!
1. Require Barrack Obama to show proof of his birth in Hawaii, and that both of his parents were citizens of the United States at the time of his birth. As well, ask his paternal grandmother to explain her statement that she was present when Barrack was born in Kenya.
2. If 1 is met, require Barrack Obama to show proof that he never relinquished his U.S. citizenship when he was adopted by his step father and attended school in Indonesia. As well, explain why the school that he attended waived the requirement of Indonesian citizenship for Barrack.
3. Oppose the supposed legitimacy of Barrack as president of the United States until 1 and 2 are met.
4. Keep your constituents well informed of development in this matter.

If I am wrong, then I will stand corrected and apologize.

Dear Chief Justice John Roberts,
We, the people of the United States, deserve for our Supreme Court Justices to hear the cases brought to you regarding the “natural born” status of Barrack Obama. Please stop ignoring us. We will not stand for it. We are uniting and joining together to spread the word and awaken our brothers and sisters to the injustice being done to us by you, our public servants. You are trampling on our sacred constitution. You know of your oath and responsibility. It is incumbent upon you to do the right thing. Uphold the law!
Please write back to me with your intentions to either hear the cases or continue to ignore us. If I don't hear back within a reasonable amount of time, I will assume the later as your response and publicize that to my fellow citizens in my local community and around the nation; that we may continue to bring about the change necessary to restore our government to it's proper role, as outlined and intended by our founding fathers. We will not relent!

Today is the deadline to sign the letter to the Prime Minister of Vietnam regarding re-opening
international adoption relations and arrangements between our two countries. This letter will
encourage Vietnam’s continued participation in negotiations related to the new bilateral agreement
on intercountry adoption. The letter will express Congressional support for the continuation of
intercountry adoption and will emphasize the importance of the transition to a Hague-compliant
system and a new bilateral treaty.

However, county awards of less than $30,000 are not included.

- end manipulation of schoolchildren by utopian planners
- promote the acknowledgment of a God in our classrooms
- destroy the myth of man made global warming
- promote individual responsibility and accountability
- correct tax system to one of fairness
In times as serious as these, we must not permit fear of criticism to keep us from doing our duty, even at the risk of our counsel being tabbed as political, as government becomes more and more entwined in our daily lives. In the crisis through which we are now passing, we have been fully warned. There are some of us who do not want to hear the message. It embarrasses us. The things which are threatening our lives, our welfare, our freedoms are the very things some of us have been condoning. Many do not want to be disturbed as they continue to enjoy their comfortable complacency. There can be no neutrality! We are, or we are not, on the side of the Lord! (Ezra Taft Benson, 1973)
